The principals of the company are comprised of Ken Vidar, and Mary Ellen Vidar. They have worked together for over 30 years on a myriad of entrepreneurial projects, and continue their involvement in many avenues. Ken primarily works the commercial real estate and seminar business centers, whereas Mary Ellen is more responsible for the Shared Ownership and Multi-level Marketing businesses. They have always worked together very well, as their levels of expertise are quite different, yet meld together beautifully, completing a good partnership.
